Bodily Features of Character: BIOLUMINESCENCE! (I’m a total nerd for liking this stuff right?) In his forehead, all the blood that pumps to his brain goes through the implant. There, it chemically fuses an extra oxygenation protein to it, which quickly detaches from the blood cell. A side effect is that when it reacts with Sugar, it glows. This is not only how the implant keeps cool when its processors are under high stress, it can give the brain an ability to "overclock" itself.
Unique Traits of Character: the mental implant; a modified DNA sequence that removes Natural aging, but inhibits Puberty and natural reproduction must be aided by chemical supplements; his albinism is very severe. He has the normal symptoms, no pigmentation, blood-colored eyes, and high sensitivity to sunlight.

Abilities of Character: he is able to psychically change the state of one's mind (happy, sad, obedient) as well as manipulate the short-term memory of a person, which means, to a stranger he might look like a werewolf, or a cream Danish. Can also achieve a very short-range teleportation (around 50 yards is the max.)
