totally cool, kind of an eye with what looks like a biohazard symbol

I can see why you said that, it almost bears a hazardous feel carried through the toxic colors in the eye and the flower-like textures swirling around it.

mostly it looks like the top of the symbol right above the center, or I could just be imagining things, it sure wouldn't be the first time
