Description
This is a work in progress. I'm trying to relearn Flash and so for the holidays I decided to do a tree decorator.
It's very rough but the functionality is there. But for now you can enjoy the simple version.
Directions:
Press:
^ to make selected item larger
v to make selected item smaller
left arrow to rotate clockwise
right arrow to rotate counter clockwise
Click & Drag:
item from box to anywhere on the tree.
To Delete:
Click item you want to delete and hit delete key.
Enjoy.

of course there has been put effort and skill into this work but let me say what's on my mind:
at first, when i saw this to be a DD i just thought: "really!?"
i mean seriously, what's so great about that?
okay, i don't wanna bitch around on whether this is good or not, let's forget that.
my main complaint is that now it's been added to the group "creative animations" which finally was reason enough for me to write this comment. i'm not sure if i have to make that clearly visible to you guys but how's that a creative animation!?
this again proves to me that most of the people here on dA don't seem to have a clue what "animation" means.
ugghh i'm just gonna post this comment as is it. come on guys, let your negative complaints make my criticism look like shit!

A Daily Deviation is intended to give an artist a chance to be seen by a large portion of the community and as not everyone has the same tastes, it is obvious that you may not appreciate every piece that is selected as a daily deviation.
If you have a problem with a particular Daily Deviation feature, do NOT leave your disapproval among the other comments on the piece. It is disrespectful to the artist featured, the person who chose it and/or the person that suggested it.
If you absolutely must voice your disapproval of a selected feature, feel free to note $Moonbeam13 however, unless the image violates policy in some way, it is highly unlikely it will be removed.
In severe cases, if you "flame" or harass a featured artist, you may be banned.

okay, seems like i overreacted.
i didn't mean to express my diapproval with the deviation itself and i also didn't mean to be harsh, so sorry for that.
my main problem was not the fact that this has been suggested to be in the group, but i also do not mean to start a discussion right now..
i had a bad day and there are going on many wrong things on dA which i do not agree with (no clear line between artistic nude and porn, art theft, and so on) and in the end i didn't get this situation either..
anyway, i hope you understand my point.

Then you should have posted on the GROUP's page and not mine. Someone else suggested it and from what I see when I visited the page it fits into the flash category and what they put in there. I agree it's more of an app/game than animation but in a way it is a type of animation, just not like movies or cartoons. So next time if you disapprove of something for the group, post on the group's page as I have nothing to do with the group. I'm not even part of it. Someone else suggested it.
Oh, and here's an idea. If you feel a group has gone wrong, start your own and you can moderate what goes into it if you feel that others are gone so wrong.
