Description
Krieg and Tiny Tina from Gear Box/ 2K's Borderlands 2. The background and sparks from Tiny Tina's dynamite is made in Photoshop. The rest is drawn with traditional media only; coloured pencils from Faber Castell and fine liners, nothing more. I tried to get the background to resemble the landscape surrounding Oasis.Related content

Thaaaaat's scary. I wouldn't want to be faced with those two together like that, but hey very nicely done. The proportions look spot on, the colours are fantastic and you have a way with making your blood look very loose and watery when it's coming from the axe. Love it.

Much appreciated! I had to improvise a lot on this picture. Of course I had a few references to make them look like themselves, but I still had to make my own composition and add fitting details. The blood actually turned out pretty good. Perhaps it would have looked even better if the blade of the axe was blurred because of the rotation.

Actually I like the axe as it is ^^ When it's sharp like that it kind of feels more Borderlands to me versus if it were blurred, but in the end it is up to you. It's all very impressive and it showed you took your time on this one. The blood did come out very well, blood is always hard to get right.
