Very anxious and flighty. Severn doesn't know much about the world and while he likes being out in it he still finds it very big and scary compared to the tanks he spent most of his life in. He's very curious about it though and wants to learn more even if it is frightening. He is very polite and formal in his speech patterns.

Was originally kept in a lure ball but Al swapped it out with a great ball to make sure it couldn't be traced.

Thinks highly of Nimue for rescuing him. He has become a little bit of a servant to her, a fact that makes Pecha jealous to no end.

A very rare domestic variety of Horsea characterized by their facial whiskers, dual split fins, spots, light blue coloration and peachy yellow under scales and fins. They are bred by a small handful of breeders and go for incredibly high prices.
