Hello again, Thanks for updates about these designs with your kind words.

About this design, since you said it is near to final display I see nothing wrong in overall composition. Everything is placed nicely on its slots.

Sizing, as you said are issue, If you don't mind me pointing them according to my point of view.

Starting from header, it is very big, you can either reduce height or you can use an illustration at right side perhaps, similar to one you used under the "Career" block.

Give some exposure to your tag line. It is a good tag line and I think you can play good around it too to cover the big header space. You see it is too much space, it might look good if one or two things go there, it will also be very usable.

Tabs in navigation is again I feel very big in heights. You can reduce them a bit but it will stay "commonly used" item. What I am thinking for that is if you add an image on each of the tabs/buttons, which starts from about 3rd half from top and goes higher and fade into background image I think it might give a unique style to it while I hope giving a good look.

You might want to add top margin on News' text.
