Description
It's for my old Fukushima OC. I remember when it got posted on a "Shitty Hetalia OCs" site, and one of the reasons was because of the individual Fukushima reactors and the fact that Fukushima isn't a landmass.
Here's my argument for THAT part-
Japan doesn't have six representations for Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, Hokkaido, the Okinawa islands, and the Kuril Islands.
Fukushima is also a city.
Dumbasses.
I'll post the drawing later, after I've colored it.
Name: Chie Honda(SHUT UP BIG BROTHER I LIKE THE NAME CHIE)

Her traits-
•Often Silent
•Often looks concerned
•Keeps a couple of radiation monitors with her out of paranoia
•Somewhat agoraohobic
•Scarred in places
•Highly OCD about placement
•Brutally honest when it comes to dangerous things
•Both knees subluxate from time to time
•Refuses to talk about her work
•Paranoid of any natural disaster
•Kind of dependent
•Only reason she has a metal plate tattoo on her face is to cover a particularly nasty scar(Fukushima 2011)
•Some more to be figured out and added

Please tell me if anything should be removed/added.

Things I removed-
•Blue streak of hair
•All of her old personality
•Shuriken pack

Things changed but not technically removed-
•One eye is now a different color from the other(Because a mutation was needed, genetic or not.)
•Shortened and tightened sleeves
•Shortened hair
•Changed side bands to plain old bangs
•Blue-and-gray triangle is now in a less... Odd place
•Turned shrug into and open-front shirt
•Darkened shrug color
•Pleated skirt is now a kind of skirt I don't care what the name of is
•Shortened boots
•Made chest more proportional
•Shirt contains another layer on the chest(It's kind of like a lead vital regions cover...)
•Bottom of shirt's shape is changed
