BASICALLY, THIS IDEA'S BEEN DITCHED CUZ I DON'T REALLY CARE FOR IT

So I've had this idea in my head for a few months - what if the elementals had an empowered/ubered/overdrive form? I started with Salamander cuz I wanted to draw dragons again. I went with the main things that Pokemon gain when they evolve, meaning I made him spikier and angrier. Also, more fire. And runes. Still, he needed to be recognizable to the point where one could see it's him if told so. That's the main reason I kept his body color and chest/stomach color the same.

He's never actually achieved this form and probably doesn't even know it's possible, and staying like this would be extremely draining.
