I found this guy chillin' in the middle of the road. He's a bit of a prima donna. I walked right up and stuck my lens in his face. If I understand correctly, horned toads are an endangered species, and it's illegal to catch one and keep it as a pet. If you can catch a rolling quarter, you shouldn't have a problem. You can have one as a pet, though. You have to buy one that was born in captivity. I prefer more interactive pets, myself.Related content
