so after i got my tablet, ive decided to quickly work on this. so far i must say i am loving the tablet, but ive yet to master it or know most of its methods/techniques. the eyes kinda bug me but i still wanted to upload this and see wats up. its not done yet, as i have to work on the hair and the white puff things on the wrists and by neck. maybe even the honey. as for the background, i will try to draw something for it on the tablet.Related content

tbh the tablet came in late into this project. almost as im done. its helping me do a lot of touch ups though that would take longer with the mouse. and the good thing i like about the tablet is no more clicky clicky. lol.

I got a Tablet myself but I admit I'm stubborn. You'd thing a transition would be easy but I'm an old goat and grew fond of a mouse for whatever strange reason. lol.

dont get me wrong, i like the mouse too and this piece is like 90% mouse. The lineart is mouse done with a preset brush stroke that i made. touched up with the good old eraser. so i know where ur coming from but after so many clicks the hand get fustrated and thats where u think about having a tablet for certain things.

Oh yeah, clicking repeatedly gets old and the mouse doesn't offer the same free flow movement as a typical brush or pen stroke. My arms always feel partly bound when using a mouse.
I try to forgo some of that by drawing onto paper first,scanning the doodle, and THEN coloring & inking it with a digital art program!
