am i going blind or you used extremely thin lines that make it hard to see.

Given the inks were the end result, you probably should have thickened and darkened your lines. They are rather hard to see without zooming in and hard to notice even when zoomed.
I like the change in expressions and posing in both characters. The change in form is very nicely exaggerated, and visible with the clotheshifting nicely highlighting those changes and even adding some niceties.
