Nice stomach cam! She really does look like she's doing a good job of filling this stomach. I like the goo that's dripping off of her feet, too. And thanks for showing more of a distressed than pained look on her face. It tends to detract from an image when the prey makes an excessively agonizing expression; while this may be realistic, it tends to dampen the eroticism of the moment.
BTW, I take it that the positioning of the legs was intentional? In every image I've seen you do, you plot these things out carefully, so I can only assume that you've placed her right foot where you have to grant this naked meal a modicum of modesty, likely to keep in accords with this site.
