Ok, I never thought I'd get this done. Not only does the craft itself fluctuate every damn time it appears, but also the shorts provide neither a full view or ANY size reference. So I did my best.It's the nuclear bomber used by the UN in the Animatrix short "The Second Renaissance", which depicts the fall of mankind in their final war aganist machines. These bombers were used at first to do a devastating nuclear carpet bombing of the peaceful (if isolated) machine city of 01, officially beggining with WWIII or the man-machine war. The machines were swift and brutal when it came into advancing deep into human territory, which was now united under the UN banner.
So, by the second time these bombers are shown, the UN was already so desperate that they decided to block out the sun using nanomachines, thus depriving the machines of their prime source of energy, the sun.
It doesn't work and the UN is beaten by machines. The full two-part short is in Youtube for those of you who hadn't seen it. It's pretty cool, I recommend you give it a view.

Problem here is that based on the scale, using the F-35 as a reference, this plane doesn't have the space for 150 tonnes of bombs.

Not to criticize, but UN bomber has 10 vector thrust coils: 4 big near the base of wings and 6 smaller near the wingtips. You can see it at the youtu.be/O9l5NVIjv94?t=3m18s (look at the left bomber). I see you even did all 10 coil connection points, so, I think it was just a typo. Otherwise, great job.

B-417 is actually more "Mk I class" hovercraft than a simple plane (it flies with hiverpods, it's perhaps an early concept.
