Tadah! A new drawing! Sorry, yes. This means I've finished off Pokemon theme week. Maybe I'll pick it up again in the future.Anyway, I said awhile back that I would draw some fanart for/of Alodo [link] so here it is!
First of all, that hair colour is really hard to get right with pencil crayons. Not purple, but not completely blue either. I hope I didn't butcher it.
Secondly, I fail at feet. Sorry. I'm trying to get better though, I really am! >.<
Lastly... I look forward to seeing how many people favourite this thinking it's a girl >D

And no worries about the hair color. I'm having trouble hitting it myself sometimes, but you pretty much hit it spot on.

The hairstyle is a bit messed up, but I supposed that's normal given the situation... can't have perfect hair all the way through a kidnapping or something. @~@'

How do you go about drawing your pictures? Do you start off with a stick figure and lots of pencil lines, or do you just draw the line-art straight away? (I probably worded that question all wrong, I'm rubbish when it comes to technical art terms)

Well, I usually start with the outline of the face and jaw-line. From there, it's pretty much just doing the lines straight away. I've never used a character skeleton/ stick figure outline before. Saves me some cleaning up in the end. All I need to clean up is the pencil lines underneath the inking, and that's it.

Well, you're more likely to keep the proportions right with the stick-figure method, so that's always good XD
