Description
A new character, apparently. I don't know anything about him yet, but I'm sure he'll tell me... once he's able. For now, enjoy him in this tense situation. Would've liked to introduce him differently, but on the bright side, I like his almost-dress~EDIT: Forgot to mention, I referenced another image for this one. I can't really credit it though because where I found it, a source wasn't given, nor was an artist.

Well, a lot of the time I just don't take my time with the picture, so it turns out looking less than great. I took a lot of time with this, so it turned out better than my usual stuff.
