Description
Verminous Skumm is one of my favorite Captain Planet villains. So therefore, I drew this picture of him. His posture of him stroking the rat in this picture was inspired by the James Bond villain Ernst Blofeld when he strokes his cat and the inspiration for the gothic-like scenery was modeled after a combination of Castlevania, Edgar Allen Poe and a Tim Burton movie.Vermminous Skumm(c)TBS Productions and DIC Enterprises
