Description After realizing that my plz account, Had become so popular, I decided to make a deviation of it.

So then, Latias Yay Animation 1 was born.
Oh the humanity spazticness...

Several requests, 108 favorites and 904 views later, I was convinced to turn it into a stamp.

Well thee are two reasons here that that may happen.

1: Both sides of my stamp just loaded faster than yours.

Or 2: The reason I think is the problem, is that you aren't giving the second side of the stamp time enough to wait till the little emote rolls across. Instead, you have him acting on the first frame, so it's like two different stamps.
