Hello Everyone!This precious boi here is Jessie (a.k.a JKO) who is my Radical Racer submission into the Original Character Challenge Radical Racer Competition!
His {Transportation} is a levitating Cyber Bike, his {Lucky Charm} is an old metal toy car gifted to him by his grandfather, and his {Special Trick} is pigment powder that blinds and coats his competitors in various colors. (It is incredibly hard to remove like glitter)
