Sometimes Mercedez wants to throw it all away and become another mindless drone for HIVE. As a mindless drone she doesn't have to worry about deciding anything. All she needs to do is do exactly what the HIVE tells her without thinking or questioning. No doubt and not even having to weigh the consequences of her own actions. Everything would be decided by HIVE. It would be amazing. But Mercedez never had the courage to do so. And, it turned just a forbidden desire into a platonic love for HIVE. Today however she has fulfilled her wish. She forgot to put the drone maintenance chamber in simulation mode. Mercedez was used to going into a trance as soon as the machine began, with its onslaughts of taking control of her body and mind with submissive programming. In a few hours Mercedez came out of the trance at exactly the same time. But unlike the previous times, she didn't take off her helmet or leave the maintenance chamber. No, she waited inside the chamber like any other mindless drone for HIVE to tell her what to do.
She didn't have to wait long.
