A sample page from the fan comic I am working on. This is pretty rough, I would really like some feedback on how to do comics- does it read well? Is the lettering okay? Is the screentone style backgrounds distracting/ugly? I would like to figure this all and hopefully provide the Transformers fandom with a piece of entertaining fan work, and your feedback and constructive criticism is much appreciated!

The gist of the story is, the end of the '86 animated movie is changed- after the battle of Autobot City, the EDC steps in and helps the Autobots battle against Unicron and Galvatron's Decepticons- Rodimus still becomes the leader of the Decepticons, Unicron is still defeated (obviously), but Galvatron is dead and Starscream has survived to attempt to rally the surviving Decepticons in exile in space and hiding on Earth.
