I'm not sure if this would make a good emoticon, as it's quite big and not very emoticon-like by nature. But it looks really good and I like that goofy animation. It would make a great avatar for someone who's a Futurama fan.

It's 40x31 pixels and 2kB long, which is below the maximum allowed by DA for their emoticons. Futurama fans (which I believe to be a high percentage among deviants) would surely remember who the Hypnotoad is
