One of my OCs, and my main RP character
Caerin Noctemi Shalan, aka Rin~

Along with Olivia, Noct, and Kara, Rin is part of my beloved Qadriad of main RP characters that I play in an RP with an old and dear friend of mine - an RP that's been going on for yeaaaars now. I mean, if I'm gonna think back to when I first started RPing on that forum, with this specific character in particular, and I met my RP partner (and Rin met her main RP character, Raye, whom is now Rin's girlfriend), then yeaaaars ago would be ten years to be exact. Heh, Rin's first post was on the 20th of March 2006, actually. Wow, time sure flies, eh? And me and my RP partner are still going strong, even though the original RP died, and we're currently working our way through a new storyline that we started on back in 2013.

In that honour, have a little Rin-evolution, from the first to the last drawing I've ever done of him. It doesn't feature ALL the drawings of him, because some of them shows a highly different appearance that has a way too complicated backstory to it, but these are the more important - and accurate - ones. The first one was done back in 2003, though he had been around for quite a while before I drew that one. Can't remember exactly when he first showed up in my life, but I was about 16-17 at the time. XD Second drawing is from around 2005-6 ish, I think, while the third is from 2008, and the last one was one I did two years ago - Rin Halfbody ~

I plan on drawing an updated version of him, that shows how he's gonna look like a little further down the line in the RP, just like what I did with Olivia, Noct, and Kara. Just gotta find the energy and inspiration for it, first. Rin's pretty important to me. More important than I ever imagined he'd be, and right now I just can't imagine life without him. I have a lot of RP characters, but he will forever and always be my number ONE.
