Lol where did you get/find the download for the pose they are in? I'm into sims 2 movie making and the pose they are in could be very useful in future stories. Also the tape on their mouths? Could be useful for a kidnapping story.

Anyways I actually have already downloaded a pair of cuffs and and an animation to handcuff on modthesims Here But as far as the pose your sims are in Iv'e had no luck but I'll give it another search and let you know if I find anything close to this. Also I'll look for the tape there as well.

I just downloaded the poses that I found on net, then I used the cuff glitch, being honest I made my own tape as make up, watch tutorials about Sims workshop...
Another option is that you can make your own poses...
