Scene From Mistystar's Omen Chapter 3 (hoping to do more scenes from this short story..... is getting so may ideas!! )

"Mistyfoot paused to catch her breath at the crest of the hill and looked back down at the lake. The water looked thick and black from here, pushing against the curls and points of the shoreline. The RiverClan camp was a dark smudge on the far side; Mistyfoot pictured the cats in the clearing, and she wondered if any of them were looking up at the ridge at this moment, spotting her silhouetted against the milky sunrise."

I know that this doesnt exactly look like my normal art style, but thats because I used Crayola Penicil Crayons instead of the usual watercolors, marker and paint stuff.... trying to switch it us a bit here and there using different materials

I know I havent been on DA much lately. My internet has been very unstable and is only working on and off. Believe me, Ill do mu best to do some more regular art uploads and stuff like that, still working on my Dremers story too. School is also quite a handful and is getting harder as we dive straight into the schoolyear. (but i still manage to get lots of artwork and writing done)

In this picture Mistystar turns to look at Riverclan territory and wonders if any of her clanmates can see her. I imagined that Reedwhisker (Mistystars son and RiverClans new deputy) got up early just in time to see his mother dissapear over the edge of Windclans territory (Mothwing is that other shape) This is meant to be a happy picture (au contraire to most of what I draw) and Reedwhisker is wising his mother luck at the Ceremony for receiving her nine lives. Hes thinking something along the lines of "Good luck.....Mistyfoot"
