This is my version of one of my favorite Pretenders from Generation 1

Interesting design. I like the detail in the armor. I'm seeing some anatomical proportion issues (your character is 6 heads tall rather than a more realistic 7 1/2) but because this is a fantasy creature, that can slide. I am, however, having a few issues finding where exactly the light is coming from. You clearly have given some thought to this and put the source on the left, but I cant tell if its supposed to be at his chest or above the character. It's only slightly off, but it's still throwing me off.
The gesture feels quite stiff as well. Try making loose sketches based off real people in public places where there are various choices for sitting and standing. None of them should be attempts at finished pieces because people move to frequently to begin with, and it's mainly for practice.
As a design note, try to never leave the background of anything pure white. The exception to this can under the right circumstances be scanned images, but that is because white paper never scans as such a painfully pure white.
I like your color choices, and for now the consistent line weight is ok, but try varying it to match the dark and light areas in the future, like thin out the outlines near highlights and fatten them up in the shadows.

Blame the lighting on my friend he did the lighting also I can see the stiffness of the model. I was going to update this to include the classic G1 Transformers grid background.

Not really. I can't see how it is supposed to take on some kind of disguise as an everyday mechanical object. That's one of the base ideas behind Transformer designs, right?

It's a pretender shell inside is the true robot form. Bugly's pretender shell is based on his original G1 design.
