A former Energon Miner who has always dreamed of being a member of the Elite Guard, has enlisted himself to join the Autobot Peacekeepers in his home citystate of Salvvaton. Despite rigorous training under Salvvaton's best and finest, Signal Flare never truly earned the respect of his peers. Until he aided in the capture of the notorious Stunticons, Signal Flare finally earned his place among Salvvaton's Finest. Eventually, a lone Psy-Ops Specialist arrived at the station, reporting the appearance of a horrid Beast Warrior that stalks the streets of Salvvaton. Signal Flare was among the many officers assigned to track down the beast.
With his trusty Energon Flare and his wits, Signal Flare is more than prepared to take on the full might of this so-called Beast Warrior.

I think is my favorite out of all the one's you have posted so far, but I have a little nitpick; You kinda seem to transition between past and present tense in some places of the text. A little practice'll fix that.
