Thanks Mike. You know, I often have the pleasure of drawing alongside the artist Phil Roberts at the open drawing studio I attend. To date, there is nothing I can think of as helpful as seeing what a master portrait and figure artist can do in 5 minutes. Seeing his work completed in-person completely changed how much I thought was possible to capture in just short poses (this was a longer 25 min pose).
