Ok, back on track. Even though Evan's not the nicest Rogue in the bunch, I always felt kind of bad that he was the one saddled with an addiction (or at least, his was harped upon). Drug addiction is no joke, though it's weird [and by weird I mean kinda funny-ish not really but kinda] that as it kept creeping up, the more attractive artists kept depicting him [I know he and Sam had good butts because Flash artists can't resist ass-shots, but then his face got prettier too].
So, it's nice to see him even though it's with him with blood dripping down his nose in a bathroom. He looks like he's feeling low, somebody needs to give him a hug [Maybe sex too, but hug definitly first].

When it comes to nice, they have their moments. Most of them aren't completely deplorable at their core, but most of them skate by on helping others. Remember, you can't exactly compare them to the Joker, who is so psychologically messed up no one can quite compare, or Lex Luthor who has the capacity to do good but chooses not to. Still, Piper gets the title as the 'Nice Rogue'. No one else is really in the running. XD, D:
