Well done! This turned out very cool. (I see what you meant before about transforming animal images) A very pro photo manip here! : D

About the only think I'd change is the transition below her mouth on the skin outside of her bottom left row of teeth. Somehow it seems to go into a bit much of a gradient there - It'd add to the realism to maybe add a few sharper accents/details there. - But such is just me opinion. It really turned out well, as I said before. Very nice image. : )

As usual, you hit the nail on the head. That's exactly the part I want to go back and change, as well as picking out details on the whiskers and possibly on the hand and eye. I'd like to give her a few more human freckles on the skin by mouth as well as a patchier sort of transition. Oho, grunge brush! I got so tired of working on it I let some stuff slip by. Never fear, for I am not finished with this one yet.
