My niece came for a visit and she left her bike, the next day is snowed and I just had to take a picture.

I did not think that was so much Allison. I don't know how far south you are, but North Dakota, which is just south of where I live has gotten far more snow than we have. Weather patterns are so weird sometimes.

I live on the Oregon Coast, so I'm not very far south. We don't usually get too much snow here though. In fact, I used to live in the midwest and in central Washington, which got loads of snow. But I don't like snow or being cold
Sadly I spoke too soon...up until last night we'd only had a sprinkle of snow. We got a few inches overnight. Which my kids are thrilled about of course.

I don't like loads of it either. Most of the snow we get drifts, and my house is situated in a drift path, so we tend to get it in places the must be shovelled. But it is still far better that northern Ontario, where I grew up. I can remember years with 3-4 feet of snow.

Yikes, that's a lot of snow. I don't think we ever got that much in Nebraska or Washington, but in Nebraska especially it drifted pretty badly too.

you comment about snow being cold and wet reminds me of something I tell my boys, both of whom are great swimmers... "The minute they invent warm, dry water, I'm in it.... but 50% is not good enough"

the weather was nice here, until just before the storm. Today is overcast, but not snowing. The roads are ice covered. I have not been out today.
yesterday I set up the pictures for my show. I will check in again on Monday to see how it is going. They asked me if I had more pictures to hang, and I have 2 more so I will put them up also. They have decided to take down some of their own advertising to put up my work

Not to worry Ayhan, I will be careful. On Monday I will put special snow tires on my car. That will help give much better traction.
