This form is attained using the Hazard Trigger along with the FullFull SameBike bottle in the build driver while in Same mode.

Aoi Umi no Tanken-ka Ou = explorer king of the blue ocean
In this form, Build gains the ability to sense the electric impulses of anyone around him like a shark, basically giving him the ability to see all around him. He also gains minor hydrokinesis.
This form’s finisher is the SameSame Finish. Build lunges at his opponent with a flying dropkick. Upon impact, an energy projection of a shark’s jaws chomps on the enemy multiple times.
