Description
In Finland you have to take your car to be officially inspected once per year. They check your brakes, suspension, steering, lights, exhaust levels, etc. It's always a slight cold ring around your anus prior to getting there. Today was my turn and I passed.

Nice shot, i like BW version. The sharpening and contrast give a little HDR feeling. The neon lights fit well the atmosphere.
