This is Animated Kia, and she looks freaked!

See, I have a vision of how Animated Kia would be, and this is her. I wanted to keep to the bike look, but I wanted her to be a little darker in wardrobe. More punk rock/rider/goth ya know. I dont know if I pulled it off, but whatever. I like how I made her look.

Transformers Animated Kia is alot like regular Kia. She's loud, stubborn, curses alot, loves bikes and racing bikes, loves fighting, bad tempered, doesn't follow orders, protective of friends, and is still Kia in every way XP

Heres how Kia fits into the Transformers Animated World

Kia Hawkins is born and raised in Detroit. She's lived alone under the guardianship of her Uncle, Captain Fanzone, her moms brother, and the man who took her in after her parents died in a car crash when she was six. Since then, Kia, like her uncle, has a distaste for the futuristic machines, blaming them for her parents death, because it was a malfunctioning street cleaner that crashed into them. She is OK with low-tech, which is what her bike is.

Being the neice of the Captain of the Detroit Police, one would think Kia Hawkins was a good girl. Well, everyone on the force and who lives in Detroit, knows that shes actually a trouble maker, who is always being arrested by the DPD, and released by her Uncle, who is trying to keep her out of prison and juvie. Kia is usually in trouble for illegal down town street racing, and graffiting buildings.

One night, her and her friend and riding buddy, Zack Klummer, or ZK, decide to graffiti 'Sumdac Machines are Murderers' inside the factory tower, only to be caught by security. ZK, who Kia helps escapes, get away and Kia takes the blame for it, causing her Uncle to become furiouse, and punish her by making her go back to Sumdac Tower and apoligize to Isaac Sumdac, and off to clean off her work.

Angered, Kia complies with clenched teeth and rudeness. Professor Sumdac, who Kia later understands is not bad, just scatter-brained, accepts her apology, and Kia spends a whole week at the Tower, cleaning and painting over her mess, much to her boredom and annoyance.

On her last day at the Sumdac Tower, Kia, on her way up to tell Mr. Sumdac that she's finished, runs into a teenage girl who looks seventeen. Younger than herself. She later learns the girl is Sari Sumdac, daughter of Professor Sumdac, and the local Cybertronian Protoform, something she had learned about on the online chats, after watching the giant robot death-match.

Curious and wanting to learn more about the girl, Kia follows Sari after their meeting. She follows the girl on her motorcycle, until she is rammed off the road by a malfunctioning vehicle! Falling to her death, Kia is eventually saved by a red and blue fire truck!

Once saved, and the vehicle stopped, Kia, who was dizzy and disorionted after the save, is shocked and annoyed to learn that she was saved by Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots stationed on Earth!

After forcefully being taken to the Autobot headquarters for a check-up by the Autobot medic Ratchet, Kia finds herself thrown into the Autobot/Decepticon war.

She becomes the Charge of Optimus Prime, and slowly learns to like the Autobots, but still hating futuristic machines. Eventually, she finds herself falling for the Autobot leader, and slowly takes her place in the war, vowing to fight beside her friends and Optimus.
