It is a double edged sword to paint someone as a memorial. It is often some of my best stuff, I think, but the circumstance for doing it isn’t the best.

Thank you. I am aware it isn't the shirt he wore during this era. The point of the image is not to copy whats been done but rather pay homage to the character holistically. Both young and old Spock. To, hopefully, capture the full expanse of the character. The vibrant colorful nature of youth combined with leathery weary skin and wisdom that comes with age. More importantly to pay homage to Leonard Nimoy who has admitted he is Spock. Not to mention how he battles with the inner conflict of being a child of two worlds. The need to be rational, logical, to never show emotion. And then when the circumstances are so dire and the facade starts to crumble and his human side starts piercing the vale of his Vulcan poker face.
