Outbreak: a deadly mutation of Cutie Pox

Contagion: first exposed to ponies through strange spores in Hayseed Swamp, now is transmitted via bodily fluids (spit, blood, feces, etc.)

Symptoms: the disease causes the infected to have vivid hallucinations and delusions related to their Cutie Mark, causing anything from self mutilation, violent attacks, obsessive behaviors, delusions of grandeur, or even suicide

Current victims under treatment

Twilight Sparkle: first found with extreme insomnia by her assistant Spike, researching astronomy. Then she was discovered launching herself off the tower of her castle, trying to fly up into space. Due to loss of energy and muscle mass, she fell and broke both wings. However, she doesn't seem to notice, constantly talking about "returning home" because she's a "fallen star." Containment conditions include a magic-proof shock collar and weights to discourage flying. Continuing to monitor.
