I wanted to give this a try! This is Oki the Tortle. He was raised in a tightknit community on a small island. Unknown to him, he has draconic blood in his family... He spent many years studying to be a dragon monk with little success. He was drawn to joining the Dragon Ordinance but quickly became frustrated after joining.

He has never seen a dragon but studied them for decades. Over the years, he has grown very skeptical. Unlike other village members, Oki can perform limited magic by bending water and mending broken items.

Now, with 3 centuries behind him... he is leaving the island to study or see a real dragon... if they even exist out there.

(I might fancy this up as the text and such are still a bit rough... but I like it so far)
