I think this looks to be the start of something good, but it needs a little more work to get there. You have a good set of elements you're using, and they interact well. Your face might be a little too overwhelming (no dis intended, heh), but that's just my opinion. See if you can do a little more with this, as at the moment, it seems a bit plain. Good so far, though.
