My new deoxys character Spice, heβs a deoxys that formed near The Sirius star, His gem is jade and the rest of his body is various shades of blue, taking a Attack form.
Heβs very intrested in other deoxys/humans/pokemon since he has flown a VERY long way from home.

Holy schnitzel I LOVE the sparkling effect on the skin with this, not to mention the transition between blues gives him this effect of shimmering water and it's so beautiful!
