Nice shot! Such crisp and clear detail! Very nice!
However, I must inform you, this is not a bee.
It is a species of fly refered to as a hoverfly, from the family Syrphidae http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoverfly .
There are many different species of hoverflies which mimic a large variety of honey bees,
bumble bees, wasps and hornets.
I hope this information is helpful.

Thank you very much for your comment on "Praying Bee". Yes its hard to take a picture of them. I waited a long time for one to come. You are talking about brighten the picture up with photoshop or paintshop. I only used that once (experiment). With the first picture in my gallery. The zepia one with the girl called Aquiva. (I put the name on it, changed the background and changed the hair a bit). The picture was taken with another camera. Since about 2 months I've got this digital Canon camera. I made a lot of pictures with it, but these macro pictures are quite new to me. I appreciate your comments a lot, because I can learn of it! Thank you for this! I really appreciate you taking the time to write your comments and advice!

I'm currently in the process of writing Photoshop tutorials for common tasks like this. I haven't thus far made a generic lighting tutorial, but it's probably next on the cards. There's a fairly prominent link to it in my signature, and it will be added to all the time. I also would appreciate any suggestions for future tutorials.

I think you have done well here as wasps never stop still for very long. The photo looks a lot better on full view. The composition is really good I think because its hard to get the wasp and background, plus the flower how you want pretty fast before the critter flies off. Its a good angle on the flower too, I think that helps a lot with the picture (the angle of the flower). The only think that needs improving is the overall lighting is a tad dark and maybe you could try and brighten it up in an editing program like photoshop or paintshop etc. Maybe you tried this I dont know, Im only talking about a little bit lighter. Maybe it wouldnt look right, but its something to try.
