I know, the idea of a Flying-type Eeveelution has been done many times before, but this is my take on it!

Pokedex Entry:

Cumuleon (From CUMULUS and EON), the Overcast Pokemon.

Cumuleon has the ability to fly and produce white clouds, much like a jet plane. When large numbers of Cumuleon congregate, the sky can become overcast with clouds, and rain may fall.
