This was done a while ago, just forgot to upload. D:I've always wanted to do a train scene. I always liked riding the older, rickety malfunctioning trains early in the morning when the lights were all practically broken and would turn off arbitrarily and all you got was the light from the window.
Might be some familiar faces in the background...

I think this is beautiful, it reminds me of a Studio Ghibli movie for some reason. The characters seem natural and the lighting certainly evokes memories of riding a bus home in the evenings or to school in the early mornings. The expression on the girl's face seems charged with a serene yet cheeky anticipation (sorry if I'm reading it wrong!)

Ahem, on the topic of the picture: your use of perspective in this is awesome. A lot of early "train" pics use the vanishing point at the end of the car, center it. But this image is slightly shifted, and from a low angle, which works really well. The muted color palette seems harsh in the sun coming in through the windows, but soft on the interior. Happy faces, sour faces...it's a lovely mixed bag, like something you'd really see.
