Great work! I can't find any weak spot here.. I especially like how you've painted her hair. It looks absolutely fantastic. Only piece of critique I could give does only concern highlight on her hair, and I'm not quite sure about it, but maybe it could be bit brighter on the top(according to light intensity throughout the pic.)
