Because what is a better way to kick off October than with a brand new skeleton character? (Not a Sans/Papyrus and Not Undertale related at all.)

Heres the information about him being mostly mute --> Sam no longer has a lower jaw which means he can no longer speak/vocalize properly. His voice is very deep and quiet and his speech is garbled, which also takes quite some effort. Because of that he just doesn't talk at all unless he is in a setting that absolutely requires it (Like work, which even then is very brief.) and prefers to write down what he wants to communicate if need be.
