Here we go, back again with the third PRMB Ranger image done in Paint! Heeeeere's Finnigan(changing his name from Phinneus to Finnigan. Inspiration? Fool's Gold XP) Laggon, the PRMB Green Swamp Creature Ranger! So, for his normal clothes, I gave him a surfer outfit. Finn is basically Danny from Wild Force mixed in with Tori from Ninja Storm. He's the strong but silent surfer dude of PRMB. He doesn't talk much, but even if he doesn't all the girls at Transyl Bay High fall for him. He looks really tough, but he really would never hurt anything. I really wanted his look to be really casual, surfer/beach-ish. I sorta failed at drawing a shark's tooth around his neck. The next image is his Ranger Uniform, then helmetless, and Helmet image.Hope ya like it ^_^
Edit: Added Weapon, Morpher, and changed mouthpiece.

For a Sixth Ranger (if you choose to add one) you could create "Frankie" the Half-Robot Half-Zombie real-monster type but with a good pure soul that wants to help the innocent.
His ranger suit could be black and gun metal grey with a chain motif. His weapon could be a giant spiky hammer.
