BECAUSE SOMEBODY BUGGED ME TO! xD But seriously I can't believe I didn't put these up before...

"Terror with Mystical Power! PRMB Witch Ranger!"

Ava Morgan, AKA "Avalon" is the direct descendant of Morgan Le Fay, the Sorceress of Arthurian Legend. Her bloodline thusly holds the power of the Witch, enabling its user to unlock the powers of Magic. When Ava's Monster Spirit first appears, she doesn't realize it. Everything just seems to go her way coincidentally. Later she realizes she has the power to make those things happen, but she can't control it. Ava is a really happy person, like impossibly happy and pixie-like almost as well. Her weapon is the Spellbinder, which is also her morpher. In it's base form, it resembles a wand. She makes is appear by calling out its name and slamming her fingers together. She says "Ready!" as she pulls her fingers apart, and there is the Spellbinder. Using the spellbinder, she actualy has control of her magic, and can do specific things. The way I see it is, when she uses her magic, she doesn't know what will happen, but when she uses the Spellbinder, she controls what happens. The two alternate modes are Blade and Blaster mode. By calling out Spellbinder! (Insert Mode) The blade mode is dual Sickle Swords reminiscent of crescent moons, and then the blaster mode is a Bow similar to the blade mode. Her finisher attack is with the Blade Mode, and she jumps into the air screaming "AbraCadabra Attack!" She makes crescent slices at her opponent using the swords, and they form a pentacle.

When she morphs, her morphing call is the same as the other rangers, but her movements are different. She makes the Spellbinder appear, and she makes a circular motion with the spellbinder. The hand with the spellbinder goes over her head in a half-circle, while her other hand goes under in a half-circle, and they meet over her chest. During this she says "Monster Battalion," Then she raises the Spellbinder above her head and says "Unleash the Beast."

Now, for her morphing sequence. She's in the same storm as the other rangers, but in front of her is a boiling cauldron. She dances around it a few times, throwing bits of multicolored light into it with the Spellbinder. When she's done, it glows violet and a Pentacle appears on the surface of the water. She dives in, then resurfaces as the Witch Ranger, the spirit of the Witch forming behind her.

Now the zod sequence is reallllly cool. I'm thinking of making it so she hears voices in her head, but only she can hear them, and it turns out they're her zords. It's sorta like the relationship Cole had with the Red Lion Wildzord. To summon them for them first time, she flips the Spellbinder around so that the moon and pentacle are on top. She touches the moon and it spins. When she moves the spellbinder in certain motions, the air that's moving through the spinning pentacle forms a tune. Then the zords appear, leaping out of A giant Pentagram that manifests in the city. Ava controls all three of them, the Owl, Newt, and Black Cat, from the Black Cat megazord using the Spellbinder.
