This is Iso, `Miss-It-Girl 's OC, as an emoticon. This is 1/2 of my entry for her Iso & Nia Contest .

Iso is the younger twin. Growing up, her huge, unusual eyes and tendency to stare often made her peers uncomfortable. Rather than feel bad about this, Iso embraced it and made a game out of unnerving those who show the tiniest bit of fear towards her. Unfortunately, she's become so used to spooking people that she doesn't know what to do when someone (e.g. men) show any sort of affection towards her. She becomes rather flustered, and may even shout abusive language. She specializes in illusion magic (most often used to create horrific hallucinations for her "victims".)
