Based off a real event ~Ranohara (Rano) says ~ChiAkairoTsuki (Stormy) is Pudge, the weather controlling fish from Stitch....but nah. she's not. She can't control all the weather. She can just make it storm
And when i asked why she was making it storm where i live, apparently she was angry at a different friend that lives near me....so i was just caught in the crossfire.
