Mother's Day Card for my Grandmother - I have a tradition of drawing her animal portraits (basically it's a great way to keep her happy, as she loves them, whilst i ran out of clever ideas ages ago, AND as they're non-specific, they can be kept up on shelves and such for AGES, which is always a nice shot-in-the-arm whenever I go to visit
) - this time I decided to go straight in with my new best friend, the mighty Brushpen, and I'm really pleased with how it came out 
When I first finished it I took a photo of it on Instagram, and liked the effect so much I tried to give it a similar filter via photoshop
