Finally drew Nightmare Rouge!

Inspired by a conversation with a fellow deviant a while back, Nightmare Rouge has become a fusion of the gems and crystals she desires more than anything... specifically Geodes (the rocks with crystals in them - that's what her eyes, ears, and the 'heart' in her chest are supposed to be) which gives her a tough, rocky hide, and row after row of incredibly sharp teeth!

Nightmare Rouge is smaller than the other Nightmare creatures, closer to normal size, and has actually retained some ability to speak, although that's not necessarily an indicator of intelligence, as she's still easily distracted by shiny objects. Her wings are coated in Mobian gems, which as everyone knows, are very good at absorbing and refracting energy, so energy attacks won't work against this creature (I originally wanted to make the gems multi-coloured, but I've been trying to avoid her looking like the pokemon Sableye the WHOLE time, and that would REALLy push it over the edge).

When Nightmare Rouge finds a Chaos Emerald she can absorb it into her body via the Geode in her chest, and gain it's power (I've given each Emerald a different power based on it's colour, as seen in my pictures 'Preview Part 2' and 'Chaos Spectrum') and most interestingly, she partially transforms into a form more closely resembling her previous self... it's this little revelation that leads Sonic and the Lightfighters to believe perhaps Nightmare Sonic turning into Super Sonic might not be such a world-ending disaster after all... maybe quite the opposite...
