Description
Here is another Needle Felt Creation of mine, a Cardinal! He is 1 3/4"" tall and 1 3/4" wide (beak to tip of tail). See the pic of him on my hand for reference! He was crafted with wool with glass black beads for eyes.

It took days of needle-felting, detailing and love to create this adorable fuzzy. Many hours were involved! Needle felting is a long process where the artist(me!) takes pieces of wool and shapes them by poking them with a barbed needle, over and over again until the wool becomes firm. Details are added in the same way. No pattern is used!

He has been adopted and is off to Arizona!
